  • DO I NEED A TICKET TO ENTER THE EVENT?

    All visitors ages 4 and up need a ticket to enter the space. We recommend purchasing tickets online ahead of time, to guarantee entry for your desired day and time.

  • CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

    You may be able to buy tickets at the venue on the day, but these will be limited and subject to availability, so we recommend booking tickets online in advance.

  • WHAT ARE THE TICKET OPTIONS?

    Standard Tickets permit entry on a chosen day and access to all rooms except the lounge.

    Premium Tickets permit entry on a chosen day and allows you to skip the queue.

    All Access Passes permit entry on any day multiple times throughout the event and allows you to skip the queue.

    Children under 3 (including babies in arms) can enter free.

  • I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR AM RUNNING LATE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    To rebook your reservation, call or email us. All rebookings are subject to availability and rebooking fees.

  • IS MY TICKET VALID FOR ANOTHER DAY?

    To ensure we manage the number of visitors within the venue and to make the experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, tickets purchased for a specific day will not be valid for entry on another day.

    However All Access Passes are available, and these enable you to visit any day throughout the event, should you want more flexibility in your schedule.

  • HOW LONG CAN I STAY?

    You can enjoy the experience at your leisure.

PhOTO POLICY

  • IS PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY ALLOWED?

    Photography for personal use is allowed, although we request that you refrain from using flash.

    We welcome our visitors to capture their memories and invite you to tag #immerseghana if you choose to share your experience for a chance to be featured.

    Commercial photography, product shoots, and all professional video and camera equipment is prohibited.

Bar & Gift Shop

  • WHAT ELSE IS IN THE VENUE?

    There’s an on-site bar where you can socialise and enjoy a little refreshment.

    There’s also a gift shop with a specially curated range of Immerse Ghana merchandise that is currently only available to purchase in person at the venue.

    Premium Ticket and All Access Pass holders also have access the lounge to relax and socialise.

  • IS THERE FOOD IS AVAILABLE AT THE BAR?

    The Bar inside the venue does not serve food, however, Junkie’s Burger Food Truck is set up right near the venue. We are also neighbours to numerous restaurants such as Pantita Thai Restaurant.

  • CAN I BRING FOOD/DRINKS IN WITH ME?

    We do not allow any outside food or beverages inside.

  • CAN I PURCHASE MERCHANDISE ONLINE?

    Not at the moment. Our merchandise is currently only available to purchase in person at the gift shop in our venue.

  • WHAT IS THE GIFT SHOP REFUND POLICY?

    We are unable to offer refunds or exchange items that are unwanted or purchased in error. Where goods are damaged or faulty at time of purchase we will refund or exchange them provided they are returned within 30 days along with the receipt for proof of purchase. Customers should email info@immerseghana.com with ‘faulty merchandise’ in the subject line.
